Requirements
Must:
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Software-Engineering mit technischer Tiefe
- Fundierte Frontend-Expertise (React, TypeScript, idealerweise Qt) und Erfahrung mit skalierbaren Architekturen
- Erfahrung mit hardware-naher Software, Embedded- oder industriellen Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Responsibilities
- Führung, Entwicklung und Skalierung des Teams inkl. Recruiting, Budget- und Performance-Verantwortung
- Planung von Roadmap, Architektur, Qualitäts- und Teststandards in enger Abstimmung mit Produktmanagement, Backend und R&D
- Technische Steuerung durch Architekturentscheidungen, Reviews und punktuelles Hands-on bei kritischen Themen
