Senior Full Stack Engineer (m/w/d)

- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering - Strong experience with TypeScript and modern full stack development - Very good knowledge of React - Strong understanding of component architecture, hooks, state management, and frontend performance optimisation - Experience building and maintaining modern web applications with a focus on speed, usability, and clean code - Experience working with browser storage technologies and client-side application state - Strong understanding of debugging, troubleshooting, and performance analysis - Advanced experience with Git, code reviews, and development best practices - Ability to work independently and make technical decisions with confidence - Experience collaborating effectively in product-focused engineering teams - Experience building desktop applications with Electron - Good understanding of main/renderer architecture - Experience with native OS integrations - Familiarity with update mechanisms and desktop security best practices - Comfortable working in an autonomous environment with a high level of ownership - Strong problem solver who can work through ambiguity and move quickly - Quality-focused engineer who values clean, maintainable, well-tested code - Interested in modern AI-enabled product development and building reliable systems around evolving technologies - Able to communicate clearly in an async-first environment - Experience with React Native (nice to have) - Exposure to publishing apps for iOS and Android (nice to have) - Experience with WebSockets or other real-time communication patterns (nice to have) - Background in healthtech, regulated software, or data privacy / GDPR-sensitive products (nice to have) - Experience with audio-related applications or processing (nice to have) - Interest in mental health, psychology, or healthcare-related domains (nice to have)
