Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of experience in agile software development
- Strong interest in modern technologies, cloud, and best practices
- Experience with Java (Spring Boot)
- Exposure to frontend frameworks (Angular, Vue)
- Understanding of DevOps, containerization, and cloud environments
- Pragmatic mindset with a willingness to explore new approaches
- Passion for clean, high-quality software development
- Based in Frankfurt or willing to commute 2 days on site
- Fluency in German (C1)
Responsibilities
- Develop modern cloud-based fullstack applications using Java and TypeScript
- Work across technologies such as Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Design and implement technical solutions based on business requirements
- Build and deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
- Contribute to architecture decisions and system design
- Support and coach team members on tools, frameworks, and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes
- Act as a technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
