Requirements
Must:
- Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification, e.g. a technical apprenticeship
- At least five years of experience as a backend developer with a focus on .NET and node.js
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code as a development environment
- Basic knowledge of radio communication
- Excellent German skills for team communication and project discussions
- Good English skills for understanding and writing technical documentation
- Nice-to-have: Experience with cloud-native development (e.g., containerization, private cloud), GitLab, Java, C++, and domain know-how in spectrum analysis and spectrum monitoring
- Enjoyment of new technologies in a dynamic environment with good practical knowledge in agile software development
- Team-oriented, communicative, and contributing to team success
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on quality
Responsibilities
- Work on the conception and implementation of backend solutions for modern single-page web applications in the field of radio monitoring
- Focus on backend systems in C#/.Net Core and Backend for Frontend components in node.js (TypeScript)
- Develop innovative proof-of-concepts and bring new ideas to fruition with team members
- Ensure seamless integration of existing system components into the overall system
- Develop a modern, distributed data management backend as part of a team
- Actively participate in the agile development process, including story refinements, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
