Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with C# / .NET CORE + in production environments
- Solid understanding of ASP.NET Core and RESTful API design
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core
- Experience working with message brokers (e.g. RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka, etc.)
- A good grasp of scalable system design and modern back-end patterns
- Someone who cares about code quality, maintainability, and performance
- Nice to have: Experience working in SaaS products
- Nice to have: Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Nice to have: Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, or microservices
- Nice to have: An interest in keeping up with modern .NET and back-end best practices
Responsibilities
- Designing and building back-end services using C# and ASP.NET (REST APIs)
- Working with Entity Framework Core to design and optimize data access
- Building and integrating message-based systems (event-driven, async workflows, etc.)
- Helping shape system architecture with scalability, performance, and reliability in mind
- Collaborating closely with product and front-end teams to deliver real features, not just tickets
- Improving existing systems — refactoring, optimising, and making things simpler
