Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, or applied AI
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience working with large language models, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering
- Strong programming skills, ideally in Python and/or C#
- Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD, or production deployment workflows is beneficial
- Fluent English is required
- Basic German skills are helpful but not essential
Responsibilities
- Design and develop neural network and LLM-based solutions for practical business use cases
- Contribute to the creation of new AI-powered product capabilities
- Prepare, curate, and improve training datasets to support model quality and robustness
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models using appropriate benchmarking methods
- Optimise models with regard to accuracy, inference speed, and efficiency
- Support the integration of trained models into existing software systems and product environments
- Collaborate with technical teams on deployment and production-readiness of AI solutions
