Requirements
Must:
- Abschluss in Informatik, Machine Learning, Data Science oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung.
- Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Frameworks wie PyTorch, TensorFlow o.ä.
- Erfahrung mit LLMs (z. B. GPT, Claude, open-source Modelle) und deren technischer Architektur.
- Kenntnisse in modernen KI-Techniken: Prompt Engineering, RAG, Modell-Evaluation.
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit React/Next.js und Backend-Frameworks wie Django oder FastAPI.
- Begeisterung für KI-Anwendungen in realen Softwarelösungen.
Responsibilities
- Entwicklung und Feinabstimmung von LLM-basierten Anwendungen (u.a. Prompt Engineering, Finetuning, Modell-Evaluation).
- Aufbau und Optimierung von RAG-Systemen (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) und Vektorindizes.
- Integration von KI-Funktionalitäten in die Plattform über Django Ninja (API Backend) und Next.js (Frontend).
- Entwicklung intuitiver User Interfaces zur Interaktion mit komplexen KI-Funktionen.
- Aufbau automatisierter KI-Workflows (Pipeline-Entwicklung, Modellorchestrierung).
