Requirements
Must:
- A completed degree in computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field of study
- Fluent German skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
- At least 2 years of practical experience in the development of AI-based software solutions
- Solid knowledge of Prompt Engineering and practical experience with Large Language Models (GPT-4, Llama or similar)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and their managed ML/AI services
- Programming skills in Python and C#
- Strong teamwork skills in an agile environment with a passion for project work
- Advantageous: Experience with Agentic AI Frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, MCP Server), MLOps practices
Responsibilities
- Further development of our AI-based solution to simplify documentation processes in the healthcare sector
- Design and implementation of LLM-based applications with a focus on prompt engineering and output quality
- Building Agentic AI solutions with modern frameworks
- Development and optimization of ML pipelines and AI services in the Azure Cloud (Function Apps, Azure AI, Cognitive Services)
- Fine-tuning and customizing pre-trained models via Azure AI APIs
- Integration and operation of AI services from data preparation to monitoring in production environments
- Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for AI services using modern DevOps practices
- Contributing to technical architecture decisions within the AI team
