Requirements
Must:
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
- Completed IT training or comparable qualification
- Experience in Windows clients and Windows/Linux servers
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Ideally experience with Veeam, VMware and Sophos XGS/Central
- Understanding of IT security and data protection
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
- Advantageous: Experience with databases and programming knowledge in languages such as Shell, Powershell, Python, PHP
Responsibilities
- Administration and further development of the IT infrastructure (server, clients, network)
- Monitoring & fault analysis
- User support for problems and assistance (1st and 2nd level)
- Administration of the application software (CRM, ERP, DMS)
- Maintenance of IT documentation
- Management of IT projects (requirements analysis, implementation, support)
