Requirements
Must:
- IT-related vocational training or corresponding proven professional experience
- Very familiar with the common PC operating systems in the MS Windows environment
- Experience in supporting printers and other IT peripherals as well as in supporting networks
- Ideally experienced with a ticket system
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to familiarize with new topics
- Good technical understanding with a pronounced service and solution orientation
- Structured and careful way of working
- Class B driving license
- Fluent written and spoken German; English is an advantage
Responsibilities
- On-site support for schools and business customers
- Independent error analysis and creation of incidents
- Installation/configuration of the customers IT infrastructure
- Carrying out administration and maintenance work
- Creation of documentation and maintenance of the knowledge database
- Training of IT contact persons
- Further development of digital products for customers
