Project Lead (m/f/d) International Defence Programs

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field - PMP or IPMA certification preferred, along with additional training in people management - Advanced analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of program management techniques - Strong cost awareness, proven leadership abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset - Over 8 years of professional experience in project management roles, particularly within the international defense sector - At least 5 years of experience managing complex multinational programs with budgets exceeding €150 million - Experience in shipbuilding or aviation preferred, with a background in governmental programs and emerging organizations being advantageous - Good knowledge of MS Office and common software applications (ERP systems) - A collaborative and participative leadership style, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments - Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Demonstrated flexibility, resilience under pressure, and a willingness to travel frequently (frequent travel to Croatia and Egypt is required)
