L1 Support (Frontline/Helpdesk) M/F/X

- Provide user assistance with login issues, password resets, and access/role problems - Address basic “how-to” questions including RO creation, invoicing, posting, and reports - Perform data entry errors and minor configuration checks - Log incidents, categorize them, and escalate to L2 when necessary - Conduct basic checks on system status, connectivity, and browser/device issues - Troubleshoot functional issues across various modules including Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounting - Resolve data issues such as posting errors, integrations, batch jobs, and EOD/EOM failures - Implement configuration changes, permissions, and workflows - Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes - Support integrations with OEM interfaces, DMS–CRM, and accounting exports - Liaise with vendors/OEMs and escalate to L3 if required
