Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Mediendesign, Mediengestaltung & Fotografie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Cloud (v. a. Photoshop, InDesign), ggf. auch Erfahrung mit CMS-Systemen (z.B. WordPress)
- Erfahrung in Fotografie (z. B. Industrie, Image, Portrait) und ggf. mit Drohnenaufnahmen
- Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Bildkomposition, Licht, Perspektive und visuelles Storytelling
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Markenauftritt, Wettbewerbsanalyse, Zielgruppenansprache und visuelle Werbewirkung
- Kreative, aber dennoch strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Responsibilities
- Selbstständige Erstellung visueller Inhalte für Social Media, Websites, Kampagnen und Präsentationen
- Ideengeber für die Gestaltung moderner Weblayouts
- Weiterentwicklung unseres Corporate Identity
- Erstellung und Optimierung von Bildern, Fotos, Grafiken, Präsentationen
- Verwaltung unseres Bild- und Medienpools
- Mitwirkung an Content- und Marketingkampagnen (Look & Feel, Bildsprache, Storytelling)
- Nice to have: SEO-Bildoptimierung, Creatives für Meta/Google Ads
