Requirements
Must:
- An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate) in Data Science, AI or Software Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Business Informatics or comparable course of study
- Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)
- At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
- Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends
- We value applicants who show a strong sense of social responsibility
- Excellent English and German skills (C1)
- You are eager to shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with exceptional analytical abilities
- You demonstrate strong teamwork skills who motivates others to achieve their goals
Responsibilities
- Participate in exciting projects during a 14-month trainee program, tailored to your profile and career goals
- Work on Data Science and AI projects that significantly shape HRs digital transformation
- Develop, implement, and coordinate data-driven digital solutions, including predictive models for talent retention and personalized learning paths
- Delve into HR processes to understand business needs and the data generated
- Connect HR experts with data insights, leading international (sub-)projects
- Take part in training camps to reflect on your strengths and unlock your full potential
- Bring your pioneering spirit to current business projects combining perspective and innovative product development
