Requirements
Must:
- Studiengang im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, wie Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Innovationsmanagement oder Organisationsentwicklung, aber auch angrenzende Studien wie z.B. zu Kommunikation oder Medien
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit agilen oder leanen Transformationen, Prozessmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung oder Change Management von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, v. a. PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytisches Denken, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Schnelle Einarbeitung in komplexe Themen
- Führerschein Klasse B
Responsibilities
- Mitarbeit bei konzeptionellen und strategischen Aufgaben sowie im operativen Tagesgeschäft des Assistenten-Teams
- Redaktionelle Steuerung der internen Kommunikation des Intranet-Auftritts sowie Konzeption und Gestaltung eigener Beiträge
- Mitarbeit und Organisation von Veranstaltungen, wie z.B. Townhalls oder Keynotes
- Erstellung von Präsentationen in deutscher und englischer Sprache für Aufsichtsrats- und Vorstandssitzungen
- Konzeption und Vorbereitung von internationalen Top Management Veranstaltungen, internen Kulturveranstaltungen und Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Organisationsentwicklung hin zu Lean & Agil
