Must:

- Projektleitung für IT-Vorhaben mit Relevanz für Produktion, Logistik, Qualität & Management
- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung komplexer IT-Projekte – end-to-end
- Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement mit Blick auf Effizienz, Qualität und Termintreue
- Arbeiten mit agilen Methoden: Scrum, Kanban oder hybride Ansätze – passend zum Projekt
- Kommunikation & Stakeholder Management mit Fachbereichen, Management und externen Partnern
- Risiko-, Change- und Erwartungsmanagement für stabile und transparente Projektverläufe
- Erstellung klarer Reports & Präsentationen für Entscheidungsträger
