Responsibilities
- Analyse und Modellierung realer Betriebsprozesse
- Arbeit an und mit ERP-Systemen
- Stammdatenmanagement
- Aufträge verwalten

- Abrechnungen durchführen
- Aufbau und Betrieb von Automatisierungen, u. a.:
- Statuswechsel implementieren
- Prüfungen durchführen
- Eskalationen managen
- Umsetzung stabiler Logiken statt Tool-Demos
- Saubere Datenarbeit mit: SQL, CSV Import/Export, klaren Datenmodellen
- Integration von ERP, operativem CRM, Power BI, internen Interfaces (z. B. Webflow als Oberfläche)
- Enge Abstimmung mit dem Betrieb, Disposition, Buchhaltung und Controlling
