Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Bereich Mobile Device Management und Mobile Endpoint Security
- Erfahrung mit Enrollment-Systemen wie Apple DEP / Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox oder Microsoft Autopilot
- Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security und Compliance
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Prozessorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Responsibilities
- MDM Managed Service (für unsere Kunden)
- Betrieb, Administration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von MDM-Umgebungen
- Konfiguration, Rollout und Lifecycle-Management mobiler Endgeräte
- Administration und Monitoring der eingesetzten MDM-Plattformen
- Administration und Betreuung von Enrollment-Systemen (z. B. Apple DEP / Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, Microsoft Autopilot)
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Richtlinien
- Administration von Mobile Endpoint Security
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im MDM-Betrieb
- Optimierung von Gerätekonfigurationen, Policies und Rollout-Prozessen
- Dokumentation von MDM-Konfigurationen und Rollout-Prozessen
- Mitarbeit an Kundenprojekten rund um Mobile Device Management
