Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen Windows-Betriebssysteme und Office 365
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Server Betriebssystemen und Active Directory (wünschenswert)
- Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im Team
Responsibilities
- Administration und Betreuung unserer IT-Landschaft (LAN/WAN/WLAN, Telekom, VMWare, Laptops, Office 365 usw.)
- User Support (Helpdesk) und Schulungen
- Steuerung der externen Dienstleister
- Teilprojektleitung für Group IT Optimierungsprojekte (Sicherheit, User Management, Office 365)
