Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer
- Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions (to production)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience leading projects or small technical teams
- Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English and German
- Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems
- Currently based in Europe, as relocation outside of Europe is not possible for this role
Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end AI solutions
- Take systems from idea to production deployment
- Make architecture decisions and ensure scalability
- Lead teams of engineers
- Translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Work with Python, ML frameworks, GenAI, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Build scalable systems using MLOps and CI/CD
- Lend your technical expertise to client conversations to successfully start new opportunities
- Allocate time: 70% client project work + 30% research and internal work
