- Lead and coordinate digital projects across various countries. - Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, including defining goals, milestones, and timelines. - Deep understanding of digital technologies and platforms, including web development, mobile applications, data analytics, cloud computing, and digital marketing. - Define and measure KPIs to assess project success across different countries. - Regularly report and analyze to identify areas for improvement. - Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across multiple countries. - Communicate project goals, progress, and challenges clearly to stakeholders at all levels. - Support digital transformation efforts and drive adoption of new digital solutions within diverse teams and regions. - Ensure alignment of project objectives and proactively address challenges. - Work closely with stakeholders from the corporate headquarters to local teams. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with global digital projects. - Develop contingency plans and regularly monitor project progress to address issues promptly. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and the promotion of best practices between countries.
