Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Microsoft-Technologien wie Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra oder Microsoft 365
- Grundwissen in Netzwerken (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) wäre super, ist aber kein Muss
- Lust, Dich weiterzuentwickeln und Neues zu lernen
- Service- und Kundenorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
- Eigenständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von Microsoft-Servern, Clients und Microsoft 365
- Mitarbeit im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support – du bist erster Ansprechpartner bei Fragen und Problemen
- Analyse von Störungen und deren Lösung im Ticketsystem
- Mitarbeit bei spannenden Projekten – von Migrationen bis hin zu Optimierungen bestehender Systeme
- Mitarbeit und Einarbeitung in KI gestützte Systemtechnologien
- Integration und Ausbau RMM, Ticket und Dokumentationssysteme
- Schritt für Schritt übernimmst du mehr Verantwortung in der Betreuung unserer IT-Landschaften
