Requirements
Must:
- Erfahrung im Digital-, Brand- und Webdesign mit Fokus auf UI/UX
- Sicherer Umgang mit Design- und Prototyping-Tools (z. B. Figma oder vergleichbar)
- Verständnis für Markenführung, digitale Identitäten und konsistente Gestaltungssysteme
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hohem gestalterischem Anspruch
- Sehr gutes Gespür für Typografie, Layout, Farbe und digitale Ästhetik
- Kommunikationsstärke im interdisziplinären Team
- Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
Responsibilities
- Gestaltung von Brand- und Webdesigns für digitale Markenauftritte
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von UI- und UX-Designs für Websites und Plattformen
- Entwicklung von Designsystemen, Komponenten und digitalen Guidelines
- Übersetzung von Markenstrategien in konsistente digitale Erlebnisse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Webentwicklung, Projektmanagement und Kreation
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Usability und Markenstimmigkeit über alle Touchpoints hinweg
