Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in der Personaladministration
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Informationssystemen
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

- Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und Systemen
