Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Umgebungen (Windows, Office, Microsoft 365, Azure AD)
- Grundkenntnisse in der Linux-Administration und in der Virtualisierung mit vSphere/ESXi
- Grundkenntnisse in der Installation und Konfiguration von Netzwerken und Firewalls
- Erfahrung im Bereich ISMS wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständiger Arbeitsstil
- Strukturierte, analytische und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine hohe Anwenderorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Responsibilities
- Systemadministration
- Installation und Konfiguration von Software und System-Hardware
- On- und Offboarding von Usern
- Wartung und Pflege der IT-Infrastruktur sowie Planung und Ausführung von Soft- und Hardware Changes
- Evaluierung, Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Software und IT Hardware
- Dokumentation der internen IT Systeme, Netzwerke, Software und von IT-Prozessen
- Mitwirkung und Umsetzung verschiedener Projekte und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT
- User Support Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden bei Problemen der internen IT-Software und Hardware
- Erstellung von Anleitungen für interne IT-Systeme und Durchführung von Schulungen
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Implementierung von geeigneten Maßnahmen im ISMS (Information Security Management System)
