Requirements
Must:
- Completed studies in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, Information Technology, Information Management, or a comparable qualification (e.g., in the field of Digital Product DevOps)
- Several years of IT Strategy & Consulting experience as an (Domain) Architect in an international environment or larger mid-sized company or as Global Solution Architect in the field of Digital Development or Digital Products
- Advanced Problem-Solving skills, adopting a holistic, technology-agnostic perspective and enabling strategic clarity and cross-domain insights
- Effectively shape decision-making without formal authority by articulating direction grounded in technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and business impact
- Strategic Thinking & Business Understanding in the own domain - E2E (End-To-End) cross-functional thinking, mindset and solution conceptualization
- Strong Communication skills & Stakeholder Engagement
- Advisory and Facilitation (including Presentation) skills
- Adaptability & Continuous Learning, stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes
- Living in Germany (no sponsorship foreseen)
- Fluent in German and English, any other European language B2 level is a plus
- TOGAF certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Development of the Domain Digital Products according to the Area Consulting CoE Products & Digital Solutions and the Corporate IT Strategy
- Deeply understand business needs and translate them into scalable, secure, and value-driven IT solutions; contribute to feasibility analyses, business cases, and strategic roadmaps, aligned with Area Consulting CoE Products & Digital Solutions and Corporate IT Strategy
- Act as advisor, guiding business units through ideation, process optimization, and technology scouting
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to clarify needs and define value
- Proactively identify emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud, automation) and evaluate their relevance for business transformation in the own domain and area of expertise
- Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) framework and principles within Liebherr-IT Services GmbH (LIS) and the entire Liebherr Group, focusing on the domain Digital Products
- Cross-Divisional coordination of the Digital Products domain, organizing regular meetings and workshops, exchanging with key stakeholders, experts and departments
- Analyze and improve the domains maturity level, identifying harmonization potentials and strategic fields of action; define a target architecture and document it in LeanIX
