Requirements
Must:
- Du kümmerst dich um unsere Business-Apps (z. B. ERP, CRM) und hältst sie am Laufen. Du bringst sie weiter und optimierst, was möglich ist.
- Du hörst zu, wenn jemand ein IT-Problem oder eine Idee hat und baust daraus echte, smarte Lösungen.
- Du unterstützt unsere Teams dabei, Prozesse digitaler, effizienter und einfacher zu gestalten.
- Du analysierst, passt Reports an und gestaltest sie so, dass sie wirklich einen Mehrwert bieten.
- Du behältst den Überblick über Dokumentation, Monitoring oder Qualität: Du sorgst dafür, dass alles rund läuft.
Responsibilities
- Betreuung und Optimierung unserer Business-Apps.
- Entwicklung von Lösungen für IT-Probleme und Ideen.
- Unterstützung der Teams bei der digitalen Effizienzsteigerung.
- Analyse und Anpassung von Reports.
- Sicherstellung der Qualität und Dokumentation.
