Requirements
Must:
- Successfully completed university degree in computer science, administrative information technology, or business information technology
- Alternatively, equivalent skills and experience
- Several years (at least two) of professional experience in the IT sector
- Basic knowledge of Java/Javascript
- Knowledge of creating evaluations using Kibana/Elasticsearch DB
- Experience with Spring Boot/Spring Cloud (backend) and TypeScript and Vue.js (frontend)
- Results- and goal-oriented problem-solving skills
- Ability to cooperate and manage conflict
- Advantageous: experience with the Camunda workflow management system
- Advantageous: knowledge of BPMN modeling and DMN rule sets
- Advantageous: knowledge and experience with Python and Natural
Responsibilities
- Package, test, and distribute software
- Analyze and eliminate malfunctions
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support
- Develop solutions for workplace services and specialist procedures
- Support projects and maintain solutions
- Work closely with specialist departments and customers
- Optimize existing applications
- Implement and plan IT solutions
- Ensure service level management for all business services
- Create an efficient, secure, and service-oriented IT landscape
- Occasionally work outside of core hours, including weekends or on-call duty
