Requirements
Must:
- Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (ideal: Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich) & erste Erfahrungen im ITSM
- Fließendes Deutsch (mindestens B2-Deutsch-Sprachlevel bzw. -Zertifikat)
- Bereitschaft für Vor-Ort-Tätigkeiten in unseren Laboren in Berlin
- Selbstständige, engagierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität, verschiedene Aufgaben zu übernehmen
Responsibilities
- Übernahme des First-Level Supports in der IT-Abteilung
- Vor-Ort-Betreuung und Unterstützung bei der IT-Systemtechnik
- Bearbeitung von IT-Anträgen sowie Herausgabe und Austausch der IT-Hardware
