Requirements
Must:
- Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Rollout-Umfeld
- Sicher im Umgang mit Windows 11, Office 365 und Peripherie
- Erfahrung mit Intune und Autopilot von Vorteil
- Routine im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen (ServiceNow ist ein Plus)
- Verständnis für strukturierte IT-Prozesse (ITIL o. ä.)
- Wichtig: Sie können mit Anwendern umgehen – ruhig, lösungsorientiert und verbindlich
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Führerschein Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung der Anwender direkt nach dem Rollout
- Lösung von Problemen im laufenden Betrieb
- Softwareinstallationen und Nacharbeiten
- Betreuung von kritischen Usern und sensiblen Bereichen
- Ticketaufnahme und Koordination mit dem Support

Wir sind auf der Suche nach engagierten Personen, die Anwender in der entscheidenden Phase nach dem Rollout unterstützen können. Das Projekt hat eine Laufzeit von ca. 4 Monaten, beginnend Mitte Juni, an verschiedenen Kraftwerksstandorten in Berlin. Wir bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeit, direkt am Anwender zu arbeiten und technische Herausforderungen in einem professionellen Umfeld zu meistern. Es erwarten Sie klare Projektstrukturen und eine faire, branchenübliche Vergütung.
