Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Plattformbetrieb und DevOps
- Kenntnisse in JBoss/WildFly, Linux, Containerisierung, Kubernetes sowie GitHub, CI/CD und Cloud-Umgebungen
- Führungserfahrung in komplexen IT-Landschaften, idealerweise im Finanzsektor
- Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke sowie strategisches Denken kombiniert mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität
Responsibilities
- Leitung von 10–15 Experten für Entwicklungsplattform und Applikationsbetrieb
- Applikationbetrieb und Weiterentwicklung der On-Premise-Plattform (Red Hat / JBoss)
- Unterstützung der Cloud-Plattform (Google Cloud, Rancher, Kubernetes) und Integration mit On-Premise-Systemen
- Förderung von DevSecOps, Automatisierung und Einhaltung von Compliance-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams und Aufbau einer agilen, innovationsfreundlichen Kultur
