Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Gute Kenntnisse in kaufmännischen Prozessen
- IT-Affinität und Verständnis für systemgestützte Geschäftsprozesse
- Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
- Fähigkeit, Wissen verständlich zu vermitteln
Responsibilities
- Anwendersupport fĂĽr Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- UnterstĂĽtzung der Fachbereiche bei Fragen zu Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- PrĂĽfung und Buchung von IT-Rechnungen im ERP-System
- DurchfĂĽhrung von EinfĂĽhrungs- und Anwenderschulungen fĂĽr neue Mitarbeitende
- Schulungen und Informationsveranstaltungen zu Systemerweiterungen und Neuerungen
- Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung, Weiterentwicklung und beim Testen der ERP-Prozesse
- Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Fachabteilungen
