Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Support, Microsoft und Server-Umfeld
- Proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
Responsibilities
- Betreuung der Anwender bei IT-Anfragen und Problemen im täglichen Betrieb (1st/2nd Level Support)
- Bereitstellen, Installieren und Warten der IT-Systeme (Server, Storage, Netzwerk, Clients etc.)
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen IT-Projekten im IT-Infrastruktur Umfeld
- Installieren und Konfigurieren neuer Hard- und Software-Komponenten
- Erstellen und Pflegen von System- und Anwenderdokumentationen
