Must:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Informatik Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als IT-System Engineer (m/w/d) oder IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d)
- Hybrid-Umgebungen (On-Prem + Cloud)
- Windows Server (2019 - 2025)
- Linux Administration (z. B. Ubuntu, Debian)
- Active Directory (AD DS, GPOs, DNS, DHCP)
- Azure AD/Entra ID
- Automatisierung & Scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
- Netzwerkadministration (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Firewalls)
- Virtualisierung (ProxMox/VMWare)
- Backup & Recovery
- Container-Technologien (Grundkenntnisse)
- Datenbanken (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Selbstständige, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Responsibilities
- Bereitstellung und Betrieb von Windows- (2019/2025) und Linux-Servern (Ubuntu) sowie zentrale Infrastrukturservices (Fileservices, DNS/DHCP, Webservices, RDS)
- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Virtualisierungsumgebungen (Proxmox/VMware) sowie Verwaltung und Monitoring der Cloud-Infrastruktur (IaaS, optional Azure)
- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Sicherheit sowie Administration der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur (LAN, WLAN, VLAN, VPN, Firewall, Segmentierung)
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der bestehenden Backup- und Disaster-Recovery-Strategie (Veeam), inklusive Immutable Storage, Offsite-Replikation und Cloud-Backups
- Betreuung zentraler Serveranwendungen und Datenbanksysteme
- Überwachung und Analyse der IT-Infrastruktur mit Monitoring-Tools
- Automatisierung von Prozessen sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Systemlandschaft
- Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten und Systemmigrationen
- Unterstützung im Support (2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support) bei allen IT-relevanten Fragen
