Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit den SAP SuccessFactors Modulen Employee Central, LMS oder Recruiting
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, Teamgeist, Kommunikationstalent
- Deutsch- und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
Responsibilities
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der HR Cloud Anwendungen, vor allem im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors und Identity Management
- Mitwirkung bei der Einführung/ Konfiguration zusätzlicher Module und Systeme von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Go-Live
- Verantwortung für die HR-Systemlandschaft inkl. Schnittstellen und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- Implementierung gesetzlicher/ tariflicher/ betrieblicher Vorgaben
- Problemanalyse, Lösungserarbeitung und -umsetzung mit der Fachabteilung
- Bewertung/ Durchführung von Releasewechseln und Upgrades
- Erstellung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Testszenarien und Systemabnahmen
