Requirements
Must:
- Degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience with several of the following technologies: Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy SQL / PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, AWS, Heroku, Vercel, OpenAI.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Next.js (React).
- Knowledge of Testing & DevOps is expected.
- Nice to have: SEO and AI knowledge.
- Fluent in English; German is a bonus.
- Startup mindset: You build it, you run it!
Responsibilities
- Actively shape the further development of our platform — from new features to entire architectures.
- Work across frontend, backend, and DevOps, delivering quickly and cleanly.
- Provide quickly implementable, efficient solutions across the entire stack with a focus on quality, stability, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, tech discussions, and provide feedback for the Head of Software.
- Contribute input for strategic decisions within the team.
