Requirements
Must:
- Degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience with several of the following technologies: Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy SQL / PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, AWS, Heroku, Vercel, OpenAI, JavaScript, Next.js (React).
- Familiarity with Testing & DevOps.
- Nice to have: SEO and AI knowledge.
- Fluent in English; German is a bonus.

Responsibilities
- Actively shape the further development of our platform — from new features to entire architectures.
- Work across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and DevOps.
- Develop robust, scalable, and elegant solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and provide feedback to the Head of Software.
- Contribute to strategy and share your know-how with the team.
