Requirements
Must:
- Degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- 3–5 years of experience with several of the following technologies: Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy SQL / PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, AWS, Heroku, Vercel, OpenAI
- Proficient in JavaScript, Next.js (React)
- Familiar with testing and DevOps concepts
- Nice to have: SEO and AI knowledge
- Fluent in English; German is a bonus
- Startup mindset: take responsibility and drive things forward
Responsibilities
- Actively shape the further development of our platform, including new features and entire architectures
- Deliver quickly implementable, efficient solutions across the entire stack
- Focus on quality, stability, and scalability in deliverables
- Conduct code reviews and participate in tech discussions
- Provide feedback for the Head of Software and input for strategy
