Requirements
Must:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Completed studies in the field of IT or related courses of study
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, ideally in a production environment
- At least 3 years of management experience with your own team
- Confident appearance and presentation skills towards the management board
- Very good language skills in German and English
Responsibilities
In your new role you will:
- Take the lead of our global MES team and drive the development of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Be responsible for the core MES team (approx. 25 employees) for all front-end locations globally
- Manage stakeholder relationships with our strategic external partner
- Actively co-design the Manufacturing Execution System FrontEnd (MES roadmap / target production system)
- Further develop the team with a focus on an agile approach
- Safeguard ongoing operations (including crisis management)
