Requirements
Must:
- Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten für Prozessoptimierung und Projektarbeit
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Administration, Konfiguration und Anpassung von ERP-Systemen – idealerweise Comarch CEE / CFE
- Kenntnisse in Programmierung und SQL sowie Erfahrung mit Crystal Reports
- Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Probleme effizient zu lösen
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an teamübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Gute Organisationsfähigkeit und strukturierte, effiziente und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für die Administration und den stabilen Betrieb des ERP-Systems sowie dessen Monitoring
- Technischer ERP-Support für die Fachbereiche und zentrale Ansprechperson bei Systemfragen
- Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern sowie Unterstützung bei technischen Problemen in Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern und der IT-Abteilung
- Überwachung der Systemverfügbarkeit und -performance zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
- Konzeption, Entwicklung und Wartung von Integrationen und Schnittstellen
- Anpassung und Pflege von Berichten, inklusive Abstimmung der Anforderungen mit den Fachbereichen
- Koordination und Begleitung von System-Updates und Upgrades
- Dokumentation von Prozessen, Schnittstellen und der Systemumgebung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen, um Anforderungen zu verstehen und Prozessverbesserungen umzusetzen
- Koordination von IT-Sicherheitsaufgaben
