Requirements
Must:
- You have a university degree (e.g., in business informatics, industrial engineering, or computer science)
- Ideally, you have professional experience in the field of digital transformation consulting, administrative digitization, and/or project and process management
- Knowledge of the development and implementation of digitization strategies
- Process and strategic IT system and IT architecture knowledge in an overall organizational context
- Understanding of the legal basis and current developments, including in the area of EGovG/OZG
- Strong communication and social skills with the ability to interact confidently and cooperatively with various internal and external stakeholders
- Results-oriented approach to work and a high level of service orientation
- Very good written and spoken German skills (C2 level)
Responsibilities
- Analyze the current situation (organization, processes, and systems) and identify potential for optimization
- Design innovative target processes and derive requirements
- Select suitable solution providers based on analysis
- Consolidate results in the form of specifications
- Independently implement digitization projects using no-code/low-code applications, e.g., with JavaScript
- Develop and adapt technical interfaces, e.g., SOAP or REST
- Manage cross-departmental digitization projects and ensure adherence to OZG and EGovG regulations in collaboration with various stakeholders including internal departments and external partners
