Requirements
Must:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen, hohe Team- und Lernfähigkeit
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft365 und den Windows Betriebssystemen
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Active Directory wünschenswert
- Serviceorientierte und gewissenhafte Persönlichkeit
Responsibilities
- Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei IT-Problemen sowie Übernahme der Dokumentation
- Analyse, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen im Ticketsystem
- Eigenständige oder mit anderen Fachbereichen abgestimmte Lösungsfindung mit Ende-zu-Ende Verantwortung
- Annahme, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Anfragen und Störungen im Zusammenhang mit branchenspezifischer Software
- Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen
