Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Personaldienstleistungsbereich
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse im IT-Umfeld
- Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit DAX-Konzernen und KMUs
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamarbeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Responsibilities
- Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden in allen HR-Angelegenheiten
- Identifizierung und Ansprache von geeigneten IT-Fachkräften
- Durchführung von Interviews und Bewertung der Kandidaten
- Kontinuierliche Pflege des Netzwerks aus IT-Experten
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Verträgen
- Entwickeln von maßgeschneiderten Lösungen für unsere Kunden
