Requirements
Must:
- Freelance contract or permanent contract via a payrolling company
- English fluent is mandatory
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst
- Background in private banking
- Experience in Digital Banking and customer journey processes
- Exposure to e-signature solutions such as Cryptomathic
- Hands-on knowledge of authentication tools like LuxTrust and SwissTrust
- Fluency in English for an international, multi-stakeholder environment
Responsibilities
- Work directly with business stakeholders through workshops and interviews
- Gain deep understanding of end-to-end digital customer journeys
- Identify UX, process, and delay-related pain points
- Translate complex business needs into clear business requirements and user stories
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and architects
- Actively contribute to the design of new digital features
- Work within a regulated banking environment
- Conduct business and IT impact analyses
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing
- Follow up on incidents affecting digital journeys
- Document processes using BPMN and diagrams
- Be involved in Agile ceremonies
- Support change management initiatives
- Monitor Digital Banking trends
- Support solution deployments
Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst for Digital Banking and Customer Journey for one of our clients based in Luxembourg. This position offers either a freelance or permanent contract. The annual gross salary is around 100,000€ for consultants and a daily rate of 600 - 700€ for freelancers, both depending on your skills. You will have the opportunity to operate autonomously in complex digital initiatives while enhancing your expertise in compliance-driven digital initiatives within a regulated banking environment.
