Requirements
Must:
- Fundierte Erfahrung in Informationsarchitektur, IM-Strukturen & Metadatenmodellen
- Tiefe Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 Governance (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Purview (Sensitivity Labels, DLP, Retention/Lifecycle Policies)
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Berechtigungs-, Rollen- und Owner-Modellen
- Expertise im Aufbau strukturierter M365-Arbeitsräume & Search/Findability
- Fähigkeit, SAP-relevante Informationsmodelle aus IM-Perspektive zu gestalten
- Change-Kompetenz: Schulungen, Workshops, Guidelines, Prozessrollouts
Responsibilities
- Gestaltung der Informationsarchitektur inkl. Taxonomien, Metadaten, Klassifikationen sowie Governance-, Naming- und Lifecycle-Modellen
- Aufbau skalierbarer M365-Strukturen (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) und eines SharePoint-DMS für produkt- und regulatorische Inhalte
- Einsatz von Microsoft Purview für Klassifikation, Sensitivity Labels, DLP, Retention und Sicherstellung der Informations- und Datenqualität
- Entwicklung von Berechtigungs-, Rollen- und Data-Ownership-Modellen sowie Auditierung der Berechtigungslandschaft
- Sicherstellung von Informationsqualität und SAP-relevanten Informationsmodellen inkl. Unterstützung von Stammdatenflüssen & S/4-Vorbereitung
- Optimierung von Search, Findability & Microsoft Graph und Vorbereitung der Organisation auf zukünftiges Knowledge Management und KI-Agenten
- Enablement & Change: Erstellung von Guidelines, Durchführung von Workshops und Leitung der Einführung neuer IM-/KM-Prozesse
