Requirements
Must:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-IT-Umfeld, idealerweise mit HRIS- und ATS-Systemen
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
- Gutes Verständnis für HR-Prozesse (Recruiting, Personalverwaltung, Zeitwirtschaft, Payroll)
- Datengetriebenes Mindset; KPIs, Reports und Analysen als Steuerungsinstrumente
- Verständnis für Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse und Systemarchitekturen; strukturiert und projektorientiert
- Sicheres Kommunizieren zwischen HR, IT und Management; verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit sensiblen Personaldaten
- Erfahrung mit Reporting- oder BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI, Tableau) ist ein Plus
Responsibilities
- Agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen HR und IT und Übersetzen von Business-Anforderungen in skalierbare, effiziente Systemlösungen
- Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systemlandschaft (HRIS, ATS, Zeitwirtschaft)
- Analyse von HR-Prozessen End-to-End - von Recruiting bis Payroll - und Erhebung von Effizienz- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
- Verantwortung für HR-KPIs, Entwicklung von Management-Dashboards und Daten als Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Leitung oder Begleitung von HR-IT-Projekten von der Anforderungsdefinition bis zum Go-live
- Proaktives Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung und Mitbringung von Innovation mit messbarem Mehrwert ins Unternehmen
