Senior Solutions Analyst / Architect (m/f/d)

- Conduct cross-organisational analysis to understand business requirements and translate them into IT requirements in alignment with our application architecture. - Enable and support AI adoption for business and IT, creating and enhancing the Golding AI portfolio. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document complex business requirements, ensuring they align with strategic objectives, architecture and IT capabilities. - Analyse and architect existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance business performance. - Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of business requirements into technical specifications. - Facilitate communication between business units and IT, acting as a bridge to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on project goals. - Lead workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in the development and implementation of IT solutions. - Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new solutions and improvements.
