Requirements
Must:
- Praktische, fachbezogene Ausbildung als Informatiker für Systemadministration oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, ggf. auch Quereinsteiger
- Erste Berufserfahrung sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse von Netzwerkstrukturen
- Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Pragmatische Herangehensweise an wechselnde Anforderungen
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Dienstleitungsbereitschaft erforderlich
Responsibilities
- Installation und Pflege von Microsoft-Windows-Servern
- MDM-Projektierung und Rollout
- Integration, Rollout und Installation neuer Hardware/Software
- Unterstützung der Anwender in den Bereichen Verwaltung, Außendienst und Tankstellen incl. In-house 1st und 2nd Level Support
- Administration und Einrichtung von MS-Office 365, SharePoint, Intune, Active Directory und Veeam
- Erstellung IT-relevanter Dokumentation
- Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten sowie Erstellung und Umsetzung von IT-Konzepten
