Requirements
Must:
- Completion of specialist medical training (Facharzt) in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
- Passion for innovation and improving patient care through advanced technology solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in the German language, particularly from a medical perspective.
- Independent and autonomous work style (good-to-have).
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry (good-to-have).
- Good communication skills to facilitate seamless collaboration with colleagues from diverse disciplines (good-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and goals aligned with company objectives and market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, regulatory, and clinical backgrounds, to define product requirements and specifications.
- Oversee the development of product features, user interface, and integration with existing radiology workflows.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including FDA, CE, and other relevant guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing & operations team to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance, user satisfaction, and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to drive continuous product enhancements.
