Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, engineering, food science, agriculture, or a related discipline)
- Experience with analytical instruments
- Knowledge of statistics and statistics package software/Matlab
- Experience in chemometrics and use of modelling tools
- Experience in PC-related topics (SQL database, PC setup, network setup, virtual server)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
- Fluent English and German, written and spoken
- Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is desirable
Responsibilities
- Install software and ensure integration into existing systems, including networks and virtual servers
- Review and support customers calibration and application requirements
- Update calibrations as needed and write calibration reports
- Implement user seminars
- Provide customer support via hotline/remote
- Provide performance support and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure high-quality calibration service
- Support sales with application expertise
